Processing takes 3–7 business days. Shipping inside Egypt takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes! You can request gift wrapping or a custom note at checkout, or DM us on Instagram for extra touches.

Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unworn and in original packaging. Used items receive 50% refund. Return shipping is deducted from the total.

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll send a free replacement and pick up the incorrect item.
