🌍 Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within Egypt.

  • We’re expanding soon to Saudi Arabia, UAE, and more countries across the region.

🚚 Processing Time

  • All items are handmade to order.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

  • For customized or large orders, extra time may be needed. We’ll notify you if so.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Egypt typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your city or courier delays (e.g., holidays, weather).

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • Any return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund total as per our Return Policy.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or message.

  • If you don’t receive tracking within 7 days, feel free to contact us.

📦 Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, we’ll help follow up with the courier.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses, or customs (if international).
