Refund policy

At Salmazzhandmade, each piece is handcrafted with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

✅ Eligible Returns

You may return an item within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase

❌ Ineligible Returns

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, used, or shows signs of wear

  • It is customized correctly per your request (unless damaged)

  • It is returned after 3 days

  • Original packaging is missing (fees apply)

🧾 Inspection & Deductions

  • All returned items will be inspected.

  • If signs of use are found, 50% will be deducted from the refund.

  • If original packaging is missing, a material loss fee will be deducted.

  • Return shipping fees are also deducted from the total refund.

🔁 Replacements & Refunds

  • If the item was delivered damaged or with wrong customization, we’ll send a replacement for free.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items.

  • In such cases, you must hand over the incorrect item to the courier upon replacement.

💰 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable deductions.
