Welcome to Salmazzhandmade. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, social media channels, or direct communication. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. About Our Products

All items sold by Salmazzhandmade are:

  • Designed and handmade by our team with care and quality materials.

  • Unique and may have slight variations due to the handcrafted nature.

  • Protected under copyright laws. Reproducing, reselling, or using our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Orders & Customizations

  • Custom orders must be confirmed in writing and cannot be changed once production begins.

  • Please review personalization details carefully. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship across Egypt and are expanding to Saudi Arabia and UAE soon.

  • Shipping timeframes vary depending on location and order size.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • A 50% deduction applies if the item shows signs of use.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • If your order was customized incorrectly or delivered damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. You must report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery and return the incorrect item to the courier.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 7 business days.

  • Packaging fees may apply if original packaging is missing or damaged.

  • No refunds on used, worn, or non-returnable items (e.g. customized items without error).

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All products, designs, photos, and materials are the exclusive property of Salmazzhandmade. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution will result in legal action.
